Tameer Towers is located in the Centre Business District of the Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island (Al Shams). Consisting of six towers, the development includes:
- a state-of-the-art 300-meter-high office tower
- 4 residential towers with heights varying from 30 to 50 floors
- 7-star luxury hotel
Tameer Towers is intended to become an icon of Abu Dhabi, similar to the Petronas Towers of Kuala Lumpur, the Eiffel Tower of Paris, or the Burj Al Arab of Dubai.
Tameer Towers is designed by one of the world’s largest and most renowned architectural firms Gensler, the project encompasses one state-of-the-art commercial skyscraper, four beautifully-designed residential towers, one seven star luxury hotel and serviced apartments building, crafted stepped villas and townhouses, a private marina, canal and promenade with dining and retail precincts all complemented with abundant parking and amenities, on a GFA of 5 million ft².
Amenities and facilities
Office tower
The project consists of a spectacular 73-storey international commercial tower with a stunning diamond shaped design, towering over 3000ft and accented by a 650ft high prismatic atrium. The structure towers over the canal that runs through its two legs and enters into the building’s private marina, making it truly a landmark and an architectural masterpiece.
The Tower offers the ultimate in flexibility, with the option of customized floors or offices, serviced offices and VIP offices in the upper 20 floors and executive floors with their own private entrances and elevators. The tower offers superior smart technology systems and ultra-advanced security measures.
Four state-of-the-art residential towers
There are also four state-of-the-art residential towers of varying heights, encompassing the most luxurious design and interior finishing, with the most innovative smart-home technology, ensuring occupants with the ultimate in luxury and comfort. In addition, residents will enjoy timeless views of the sea, marina, mangroves, park and canals.
Stepped villas and townhouses will be crafted in the podium with either canal and park views or a marina and sea view while the Townhouses will benefit from their own amenities including swimming pools, huge terraces landscaped to perfection and their own private carports in addition to ample parking on the private roads.
Luxury hotel
The development will also house a 7-star hotel and serviced apartments straddling the sea, with the latest hi-tech conference facilities and amenities. A retail area of more than 130,000 ft² will include fine retail stores on the residential side along the park and outstanding restaurants around the Marina. These outlets will be buzzing with business people during the day and will be the perfect getaway for the Abu Dhabi residents of all ages during after office hours.
